CHURCH HILL TN July 8 2013 – The Tennessee Highway Patrol says an 18-year-old Church Hill woman died Saturday night in Hawkins County after an ambulance hit her car. The crash happened at about 10:30 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. Highway 11 and Silver Lake Road in Church Hill. According to a THP report, an ambulance hit Samantha Hathaway’s car, killing her. Then, troopers say, the ambulance veered to the left and hit two more cars. Eight people were injured. THP says the ambulance was working an emergency call. Source-WATE
